Gmail opschonen, met deze tool vind je gratis en snel de grootste mails

De website FindBigMail.com biedt een zeer eenvoudige service om snel je Gmail in kaart te brengen.

Je logt in met je Gmail account via Google Accounts. Binnen enkele minuten zie je de eerste resultaten op het scherm verschijnen.

Labels in Gmail

Je Gmail mails worden gelabeld:

• ‘My Big Mail’ mailtjes van 100,000 en 500,000 bytes.
• ‘My Really Big Mail’ mailtjes van 500,000 en 2,000,000 bytes.
• ‘My Ultra Big Mail’ mailtjes groter dan 2,000,000 bytes.

Inzicht via de mail

Na het scannen ontvang je een mailtje, met daarin een mooi overzicht van jouw inbox.

Veiligheid

Er wordt gebruik gemaakt van Oauth, daarmee kun je ook direct de toegang weer opheffen. Op de website zelf zijn ze daar ook heel open over:

If you still see FindBigMail listed there, then we’re either in the middle of scanning for large emails, or some sort of error occurred that we’re not aware of. If we’re done (check the status link in the first email we send you to be sure), definitely revoke the token, and please let us know what email address you were scanning so we can find out what went wrong. (We’ll run it through our one way hash and then examine the logs).
